Hampden Bridge 2 hour Canoe Hire

Hire quality canoeing equipment for 2 hours of playing in the canoeing capital of Australia.

Our hires are per canoe and NOT per person. 

A 2 hour hire is great for families to splash around and have fun in the Canoeing Capital of Australia.

This hire is for up to 3 people per canoe only. (1 adult and 2 children, or 2 adults and one child)

Your canoe hire includes

 - All required canoeing equipment, including

 - A canoe (Wenonah Prospector, Wenonah Heron or Silverbirch Broadland) 

 - Aluminium paddles for each person

 - Life jackets (PFD) for each person

 - Laminated map of the local waterway along with local knowledge and route advice

 - Foundational technique coaching and safety instruction

 - Delivery and return of canoes and accessories to the location

Our staff will provide route recommendations on the day based on your experience, abilities, interests and of course the weather! Our goal is to ensure you have a great experience playing in one of our favourite places. This 2 hour experience is only available at Hampden Bridge.

You will receive foundational technique coaching and safety instruction from your guide before heading out on your journey.

Valley Outdoors' canoes are high quality craft provided by Paddle and Portage Canoes: Australia’s only importer of Wenonah and Silverbirch Canoes. Silverbirch Broadland 15' and 16' models are manufactured in the UK using advanced roto moulding techniques to create a stable, robust and efficient shaped plastic canoe. Wenonah Prospector 16' and Wenonah Heron 15' t-formex (previously royalex) models are hand crafted in the USA. Wenonah has been mastering its process for over 50 years and is known for its rich canoeing history.

No experience is required - just a willingness to jump in!
