The Hampden Bridge to Bendeela Recreation Area is a popular and well known section of the river that can be paddled in a couple of hours. However, with changing water levels, it can become difficult to navigate and in some cases unsafe for those new to paddle craft. Our staff specialize in moving water instruction and can give you the skills to navigate the rapids safely as well as help if things don't go according to plan as you are learning.Inclusions

Please Note
Once you have navigated the rapids there is a beautiful 3km flat water section to just relax and look out for some wildlife as you make your way through to your final destination, the popular Bendeela Recreation Area.

3h - includes briefing time, moving water practice and travel time
