Valley Outdoors Hero Hire

Discounted equipment hire rates for Valley Outdoors staff and approved partners only. 

We hope you have an awesome trip out on the water. We love sharing the paddling experience with everyone we can. However, this discounted hire rate is only available to you on the understanding that there is nil impact on the Paddle and Portage/Valley Outdoors daily operations. As such, this discounted rate is provided to approved hirers only under the following conditions:

1. You must be able to self transport the equipment without the assistance of Valley Outdoors staff or vehicles.
2. You do not require any any form of briefing, trip planning or additional assistance from Paddle and Portage/Valley Outdoors staff when picking up or returning the equipment. (i.e. the hire does not impact on our normal operations)
3. You do not require assistance from Paddle and Portage/Valley Outdoors staff to access or return the equipment outside of normal Valley Outdoors hours.
4. You clean and return the equipment in the same or better condition than it was received.

Please note:

• If equipment is returned dirty there will be additional cleaning fees charged ($35 cleaning fee)
• As per our normal hire conditions, all damages must be paid for 
• If you require transport/transfers/delivery/assistance/cleaning etc then you must select a 'standard' hire (available to the public) and pay those hire rates
